Mr. A.K. Jimoh
Mr. A.K. Jimoh hails from Osogbo, Osun State. He is an Industrial Psychologist by training. Mr Jimoh had his first degree from the University of Ilorin in 1980 and a M.Sc. degree from University of Ibadan 1982 in Industrial Psychology. He also possesses an MBA degree from ESUT Business school.
Mr. Adebayo Jimoh has to his record several academic and scholastic awards including the University Faculty and Department Academic prize for being the Best Graduating Student in the University of Ilorin in 1980 and the best Graduating M.Sc Student in the Department of Psychology in 1982 in the University of Ibadan. He also won the Best Young Managers Competition organized by the Nigerian Institute of Management in 1986 for the Western zone.
He started his career as a lecturer in Psychology at the University of Ibadan from where he joined John Holt Plc in 1983 as a Management Trainee.
At John Holt Plc, Mr. Jimoh rose through rhe Ranks and managed very strategic business units of the Company. He worked for John Holt Plc for twenty two years and rose to the position of Executive Director in charge of Group Operations. In May 2005, Mr. Adebayo Jimoh was appointed the 7th Group Managing Director of Odu'a Investment Company Limited.
A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management; Mr. Jimoh is a keen golfer. He is married with children.

Alhaji Badmus
Alhaji Niyi Badmus is a fellow of the institute of chartered accountant of Nigeria. He was born on 27th April , 1956 at Ijebu Mushin of Ijebu East Local Govt. of Ogun State, Nigeria. He was formerly the managing director of Lagos Airport Hotel and also in charge of the Odu'a One-Stop Investment Centre Abuja. He became the new General Manager Finance and Investment Department in July , 2010 after the retirement of the immediate past general manager F & I Alh. Niyi Oduniyi.

Mr. Jaiyeola.
Mr. Bola Jaiyeola was born on 4th June, 1956 at Ibadan, Oyo State. He attended Ibadan Grammar school, Ibadan after which he proceeded to Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin where he graduated with Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering in 1979. In 1995, he obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Ibadan.
His working career started in 1980 as an Assistant Manager with Trans Nigeria Motels Limited owned by the Old Oyo State Government. He also worked at the University Guest House, University of Ibadan as Deputy Manager from 1982-85. In 1988, he joined western Hotels Nigeria Limited (a subsidiary of Odu'a) as Food and Beverages Manager until 1992 when he was transfered to Lafia Hotel as Manager.
Mr. Jaiyeola joined Ikoyi Club 1938 Lagos in May 1996 and was promoted to the position of General Manager in January 1997. He re-joined Odu'a Group in 2001 as Managing Director/Chief Executive of Premier Hotel, Ibadan, a position held until March, 2005 when he was transfered to the Group Headquarters and promoted to the position of General Manager (Business Development) in June, 2005.
An Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Mr. Jaiyeola is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and Fellow, Nigeria Hotel and Catering Institute. Mr. A.O. Ilori
Mr. Abimbola Oluade Ilori was born on July 20, 1959 at London(England), he hails from Ile-Ife, Osun State. He graduated from University of Ife,Ile- Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) where he obtained the Bachelor of Law ,LL.B (Honours) degree in 1981. In 1982, he was called to the bar as Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. An associate Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS); Affiliate member, Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
Mr. Ilori started his career with the Oyo State Ministry of Justice as State Counsel in 1983-84; Punch Nigeria Limited as Legal Officer in 1984-88. He joined the services of Wemabod Estates Limited (a subsidiary of Odu'a Investment Company Limited) in 1988 as Legal Officer/Senior Legal Officer, in 1992, he was transfered to Great Nigeria Insurance Company Limited as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, moved to the post of General Manager (Admin/Company Secretary) in 1997.
In August, 2005 Mr. Ilori was transfered to the Group Headquarters of Odu'a Investment Company Limited as the General Manager, Human Resources. He is married with children.

Mr Adenigba
Mr. J.K Adenigba, General Manager (Research and Planning) was born in October 1960 and hails from Ikole-Ekiti. He is currently The Ag. Managing Director, Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja.
He joined the services of Odu'a conglomerate in 1988 as Assistant Accountant through Western Hotels Nigeria Limited (owner of Premier and Lafia Hotels). He rose to the position of Chief Accountant Company Secretary before his transfer to Wemabod Estates Limited in 1999 as Head of Audit Department. In 2000 he was seconded to Sketch Press Limited to represent ODU'A in the management of funds released to the company by the owner States Governors.
Mr. Adenigba later worked briefly at Premier Hotel as Controller of Finance/Company Secretary before his transfer to Odu'a Publishing and Printing Company Limited as Ag. Managing Director in 2004. In November 2004 he was seconded to Lagos Airport Hotel as Executive Director Finance/Admin until his promotion to the present position of General Manager (Research & Planning) Odu'a Headquarters on 1st December 2006.
Mr. Adenigba is a graduate of Accounting fom the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Associate member of Chartered Taxation of Nigeria.
Mr. Adenigba has attended several management courses both in Nigeria and Overseas. He is an Alumnus of the Prestigious Lagos Business School. He is a member of Lagos Country Club, Ikeja and he is married with children.
Mrs. Olayinka Adetutu Olawale.
Mrs. Olayinka A. Olawale , 43, is a qualified, seasoned and experienced Chartered Accountant. She attended Ansar-ud-deen Primary School , Oyin Akoko and Ansar-ud-deen Grammar School , Ikare Akoko before attending College of Education Benin-City where she obtained NCE in 1985. She has to her record academic and scholastic award for being the best graduating student in Geography and Economics in 1985.
Mrs Olawale proceeded to Bayero University Kano in 1988 after teaching for a while with Ondo State Teaching Service Commission. At Bayero University , Kano , she graduated with Second Class Honours Upper Division in Accounting in September 1991. She won the SWAN prize for the best graduating woman Accountant and UBA prize for the best student in Investment Management in 1991.
She served as the Investment officer of Gurara Securities and Finance Company in 1992 before joining Z.O. Osozanya now (HLB Z.O. Ososanya & Co.) Chartered Accountants as Audit Trainee in February 1993. Mrs Olawale joined Sketch Press Limited as Chief Accountant in August 2000 from where she joined the services of Odu'a Investment Company Limited as Manager Audit in August 2001 and rose through the rank to become the Group Internal auditor on 1 st April 2006.
Mrs Olawale is an alumnus of Lagos Business School SMP 22. An Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She was the District Public Relation Officer, Welfare Officer and later the honourary Auditor of the Akure and District Society of ICAN; to date. She has attended management and related Seminars, Conference and Courses both locally and overseas.
She is a good team player and is happily married.

Mrs. Abiola Olufunke Ajayi
Mrs. Abiola Olufunke Ajayi was born 2nd June 1967. She hails from Awe, Oyo State. She attended Federal Government Girls College, New Bussa, Niger State for O’ Levels and The Polytechnic, Ibadan for A’ Levels. She graduated from the University of Ibadan where she obtained the Bachelor of Law LLB (Honors) degree in 1988. She was called to bar as Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1989. She obtained masters in African Law in 2002 and a Masters in Law in 2005 from the University of Ibadan. She started her career in the legal firm of Adegboyega Adeleke & Co 1989-1992. She joined the services of The Polytechnic, Ibadan as an Administrative Officer (Legal) in 1993 and rose to the position of Senior Assistant Registrar (Legal). She thereafter worked with a legal firm of Chattered Secretaries before joining the services of Odu’a in 2003 as Legal Manager. She rose through the rank to become the Ag. Company Secretary/ Head of Legal in 2008.
