BEST STAFF OF THE YEAR 2009 Mr. Emmanuel Olusola Aderibigbe, an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State and presently an Assistant Manager (Investment Unit) of Finance & Investment Department joined the services of Odu’a Group on 2nd December, 1996. He undertakes the management of the Company’s dividends, technical fees and accepts responsibilities with passion. He also lends assistance to colleagues on how best to invest and manage their stocks, which has endeared him to the hearts of many. He is very hardworking, trustworthy, and honest. He keeps proper records of all documents and can be relied upon to execute his duties with minimal supervision. He has great ability to work under pressure and goes the extra mile to achieve his target. He joined the Company as a casual worker and had since through self development and determination improved himself academically. He is now a holder of HND certificate in Accounting and presently writing ICAN qualifying examinations. In view of his exemplary performance, he was adjudged the Best Staff for year 2009.
