GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR 

Mr. A.K. Jimoh hails from Osogbo, Osun State. He is an Industrial Psychologist by training. Mr Jimoh had his first degree from the University of Ilorin in 1980 and a M.Sc. degree from University of Ibadan 1982 in Industrial Psychology. He also possesses an MBA degree from ESUT Business school.
Mr. Adebayo Jimoh has to his record several academic and scholastic awards including the University Faculty and Department Academic prize for being the Best Graduating Student in the University of Ilorin in 1980 and the best Graduating M.Sc Student in the Department of Psychology in 1982 in the University of Ibadan. He also won the Best Young Managers Competition organized by the Nigerian Institute of Management in 1986 for the Western zone.
He started his career as a lecturer in Psychology at the University of Ibadan from where he joined John Holt Plc in 1983 as a Management Trainee.
At John Holt Plc, Mr. Jimoh rose through rhe Ranks and managed very strategic business units of the Company. He worked for John Holt Plc for twenty two years and rose to the position of Executive Director in charge of Group Operations. In May 2005, Mr. Adebayo Jimoh was appointed the 7th Group Managing Director of Odu'a Investment Company Limited.
A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management; Mr. Jimoh is a keen golfer. He is married with children.

Chief Kolapo Ogunjobi the Maiyegun of Ode-Remo is a seasoned Administrator of many years and a Manager per excellence.
He was the first Executive Chairman, Idarapo Local Government Ijebu Remo (Remo North Local Government) Ogun State 1981-1993.

Apart from studies in law as a private student, he read philosophy and sociology during leisure hours to help boost in his political career Chief Kolapo Ogunjobi is also a voracious reader of autobiographies and biographies.  He has read autobiographies of almost all the world leaders like Mahatman Ghandi, Pandit Nohru, Willy Brandt, Abraam Lincoln, Harold Wilson, Obafemi Awolowo, Nnamidi Azikiwe (Odyssey), to mention a few and works of great authors like H.G. Wells, Wole Soyinka, Abraham Maslow.
His hobbies include writing and reading extensively, flair for Public and International relations, Squash and Lawn Tennis.The Maiyegun is happily married with children.

Mr Adeojo Yinka Samson is a seasoned politician with over 20years of active political experience. He attended Olabisi Onabanjo University,Ago Iwoye,Ogun State in 1983 and obtained a B.Sc Hons Degree and Masters in Public Administration.
Mr Adeojo was a Director of Nigerite Limited and Chairman/ Ceo of Juli Crown Nigeria Limited, Osogbo and Yinka Adeojo Farms Limited, Ede, Osun State.
His hobbies include playing Golf, Football and Travelling. He is happily married with children.

Chief (Dr) Isaac Akintade (JP) is a seasoned banker and successful
business man. He has a first degree and Masters in Economics. He has held several appointments like director, Ekinmogun Micro finance Bank, director Owena
Oil & Gas Limited just to mention a few. He is a member of the American Institution of Banking, washington DC.
He is representing Ondo state on the Board.
